We have extensive crowd experience and industry knowledge having been succesfully providing background & supporting artists, and casting services since 2010.

HOW DO WE OPERATE?

Client must send us complete job briefings with as many details as available, so that we can check availability of the most suitable talents nearby.

Available Talents' Pictures and/or Videos will then be submitted to Client. Depending on the intensity of the job brief this can be within hours.

Client either Locks Preferred Talent or Shortlists and requests more details/material from Talent or wait for feedback from Director's team.

Upon locking the Client agrees to:

- reconfirming fees, hours and mode of payment as agreed in initial job brief

- reconfirming amount of O.T. per hour in case of Over Time

- provide transportation to location/ transport allowance (depending on distance to location)

- provide breakfast/lunch/teatime/dinner/supper depending on the hours of commitment

- pay cancellation fee in case of sudden cancellation

- ensure free flow of drinking water on location

- ensure free access to toilet near location

-insure/ cover costs of injuries of talents in case of any work related accidents at location

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

FRETWORK PRO can also outsource professional film & TV CREW (directors, assistant directors, cast/crowd coordinators, cameramen, DOP, soundmen, editors, prop-, stage- & wardrobe designers, make-up artists, catering, location coordinators, etc) and potentially assist with any other related needs.
